Depending on your response to treatment, your doctor may prescribe a higher or lower dose. Do not take more than your doctor has prescribed. The dosage of the medicine is determined by your doctor, but the usual dosage of this medicine is as follows: Adult dosage: 1-4 tablets, 4 times a day (maximum 12-16 tablets a day). Children's dosage: Children over 12 years of age should use the same dosage as adults. The medicine can be used in people under 12 years of age only with a doctor's prescription. Elderly dosage: Same as adults' dosage. Using the medicine in renal failure: No dosage adjustment is required. Using the medicine in hepatic failure: No dosage adjustment is required.
