Technical Specifications of Rollers Manufactured 1. Pipe: The pipes used are of the hidden seam type, produced according to ISIRI 3574 standard and in full compliance with international standards, as per the requested technical drawings. 2. Shaft: Roller shafts are made of CK45 steel, manufactured in accordance with DIN 1.1191 standard. 3. Housing: Roller housings are fabricated from ST37 steel with deep forming for enhanced strength and durability. 4. Bearings: The bearings are NACHI brand, certified to ISO 9001, and verified by authorized national laboratories. 5. Bearing Protection System The bearing protection gasket is designed according to European ISO 307 standards. It consists of a six-layer dust seal combined with heat-resistant grease, effectively preventing the ingress of water and dust, thus increasing the roller’s service life. 6. Assembly: Roller assembly is carried out using a fully automatic machine, ensuring that the seals and housings are precisely aligned on the same axis. 7. Packaging: Rollers are securely packed in wooden boxes for safe transportation and delivery. 8. Warranty: All rollers manufactured are covered by a 12-month warranty.
