المواصفات الرئيسية
Physical properties: It is a colorless and odorless liquid, has a bitter taste and is slightly acidic.
Application: It is a common oxidant that is used as a bleach in the textile, papermaking, cellulose, metallurgy and mineral industries, chemical and dyeing, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health, electronics, wastewater treatment.
Stability and interaction: Hydrogen peroxide gradually decomposes and turns into water and oxygen. This decomposition occurs faster in a neutral environment and slower in an acidic environment than in a neutral environment. It also decomposes in light or heat, so it should be stored in an opaque container and away from heat. Some objects, such as manganese dioxide dust and metal dust, accelerate the destruction of hydrogen peroxide.
Emergency response and danger:
Keep people away from the area of splash or leakage and upstream of the area of splash or leakage. Use personal protective equipment. In case of leakage, immediately take action to eliminate the leak. If there is a leak in one of the gallons, separate the damaged gallon from the others.
Hydrogen peroxide reacts with incompatible materials such as sawdust, wood, alkalis, bleaches, etc., causing fire and explosion. It produces oxygen gas when heated, which increases the risk of fire.
This mixture should not be released into the environment. Pour small amounts into the sewer with plenty of water.
Handling and storage: Keep the product in a dry place with adequate ventilation away from heat/sparks/open flames at temperatures below 60°C. Keep away from incompatible, organic and combustible products. Store in a container equipped with a vent. Do not smoke during transport.
Packaging: Supplied in 30 and 65 liter polyethylene (HDPE) gallons, 1000 liter IBC tanks, 5 and 20 cubic meter tankers.
