The operating principle of an electromagnetic flow meter is based on Faraday’s law. According to this law, when a conductive body passes through a magnetic field, an induced voltage is generated within it. The magnitude of this voltage depends on the strength of the magnetic field, the angle of the fluid flow, and the velocity of the moving conductor.
