Infrared Optical Probe for Smart Meter Communication

The OP-1000 optical probe is a bidirectional interface designed for data exchange between a meter and a reading device or computer via infrared optical signals. This optical probe does not require an external power supply, as it is powered directly through the RS-232 port. The OP-1000 is designed and manufactured in accordance with the IEC 62056-21 standard and is compatible with all meters that comply with this standard. The probe does not require any driver installation, enabling simple and plug-and-play operation.
