Topiramate Arya 100 belongs to a group of medicines called “anticonvulsant.” It is used for:Monotherapy: as initial monotherapy in patients 10 years of age and older with partial onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures. Adjunctive therapy: as adjunctive therapy for adults and children 2 to 16 years of age with partial-onset seizures or primary generalized tonic­clonic seizures Migraine: for the prophylaxis of migraine headaches in adults. The use of topiramate in the acute treatment of migraine headache has not been studied.
