The Tehran Kitchen 112 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Grill with Cabinet, Fryer and Side Burner is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station designed for grilling, frying and general food preparation. It combines a professional gas grill, charcoal cooking capability, side cooking burner, integrated fryer and enclosed storage in one practical unit, making it suitable for balconies, terraces, rooftop gardens, private gardens and villas.

The main grilling section features a 60 cm cooking area with 9 gas burners, with a capacity of approximately 10-12 chicken kebab skewers. The burners are independently controlled in two sections, allowing users to adjust the active cooking area according to the quantity of food being prepared. Cast-iron cooking grates provide a durable and stable cooking surface and can also be used with flat or grooved cast-iron griddles for preparing steaks and other grilled foods.

The grill can be converted to charcoal cooking using the included 9 cm deep perforated and enamelled charcoal box. The enamelled construction is designed to withstand high cooking temperatures and provides additional durability for traditional charcoal grilling.

The unit includes an integrated gas fryer with fryer basin and basket, as well as a separate side burner for cooking with pots and pans. A removable drip and grease collection tray is positioned beneath the grill to collect cooking residue and grease, helping maintain a cleaner cooking chamber and simplifying cleaning.

The BBQ features a spacious two-door storage cabinet and two upper drawers for storing cooking accessories and utensils. Its main body is manufactured from steel sheet with an electrostatic oven-baked powder coating and stainless-steel exterior finish. Precision laser cutting and argon welding contribute to accurate fabrication and structural durability.

A two-piece semi-circular lid covers the main grilling section, helping retain heat during cooking, while a separate flat lid covers the side burner and fryer and can also be used as an additional work surface. The unit is equipped with a chrome-plated stainless-steel wire shelf, four swivel casters and a 30 cm foldable Thermowood side table for additional food preparation space.
