The 615K Stimulator is a small and efficient device designed for use in clinics and home treatment. By generating pulses with high voltage amplitude, low width and modified waveform, this device provides the ability to precisely stimulate specific nerve fibers. These features help to enhance therapeutic effects and create a greater sense of comfort during use.
About the Modality
Electrical stimulation or stimulator is one of the oldest and most effective treatment methods in physical therapy that uses electrical currents to stimulate nerves, strengthen muscles, increase blood circulation and reduce pain. The stimulator device consists of electrodes that are placed on the patient's skin and an electrical current is transmitted between them. This electrical current stimulates nerves and muscles, thus helping to treat pain and strengthen muscles.
In this method, the electrical current can be transmitted to the muscles and cause them to contract and strengthen. This current is also sent to the nerves to block pain receptors, reducing pain. There are different types of electrical stimulation that can be used to provide different treatments by carefully adjusting the parameters and placing the electrodes. Some of these stimulations include:
TENS, FES, FAR, UDC, DIA, IF and Russian.
Therapeutic applications
Pain relief and symptom reduction
Relief of muscle spasms and tension
Increase local blood flow and improve circulation
Prevent muscle atrophy and maintain their strength
Treatment of tendonitis and bursitis
Helping to recover from spinal cord injury and stroke
Reduce back pain and improve its function
