Depending on your response to treatment, your doctor may prescribe a higher or lower dose. Do not take more than your doctor has prescribed. The dosage of the medicine is determined by your doctor, but the usual dosage of this medicine is as follows: Adult use: 1-2 sachets after meals, at bedtime, or as directed by your doctor (maximum 12 sachets per day). Children: Children over 12 years of age should take the same dose as adults. The medicine can be used in people under 12 years of age only with a doctor's prescription. Elderly use: Same as adults. Use of the medicine in renal failure: No dose adjustment is required. Use of the medicine in hepatic failure: No dose adjustment is required.
