Heavy-Duty Modular Air Handling Unit

An air handling unit (AHU) is designed and manufactured to provide clean air as well as the necessary cooling and heating for various environments. These units are divided into two categories: standard air handling units and hygienic air handling units. During winter, by connecting the heating coil to a heat source such as a water heater, steam boiler, or mechanical room, the unit provides the required heating. In summer, by connecting the cooling coil to an ice bank or chiller, it generates the necessary cooling. With the presence of fresh air dampers and recirculation dampers (return air from the hall) installed on the AHU, it is possible to control the ratio of fresh air and return air as desired. Various pref-filters installed at the fresh air inlet prevent insects, debris, large solid particles, and similar contaminants from entering the system. To further purify the air, additional filters such as bag filters, paper filters, felt filters, roll filters, or even HEPA filters can be used. The centrifugal fan installed inside the AHU provides the required airflow pressure, ensuring a smooth and low-noise air distribution through the ductwork. The conditioned air is then delivered to the designated ventilation zones through specialized air diffusers.
