Industrial Air Washer Unit

An Economizer Air Washer Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a specialized type of air handling system that, in addition to having an independent evaporative cooling section (evaporative system), is also equipped with a Hot Air Furnace for heating. Alongside providing cooling and heating, the air in this AHU passes through several stages of filtration, resulting in highly purified and conditioned air. In an economizer air washer AHU, the presence of the built-in Hot Air Furnace eliminates the need for a chiller. In fact, this type of AHU functions as a complete and standalone HVAC system. Economizer air washer units are manufactured in various capacities ranging from 2,500 CFM to 45,000 CFM and heating capacities from 100,000 kcal/h to 400,000 kcal/h. These units are widely used in public and commercial spaces such as sports arenas, factory production halls, mosques, office buildings, banks, wedding halls, stock exchange halls, hotels, hospitals, auditoriums, museums, shopping centers, bazaars, conference halls, and many other large-scale facilities.
