The Cold Break Preheater is used to achieve an ideal separation (of skin and seeds from the water and flesh of tomatoes) for products with a high consistency, which is desired in the **Pipe Refiner** machine. The product must undergo a thermal process before separation. In this system, the product gradually heats from ambient temperature to a range of 80 to 85 degrees Celsius, a process known as **Cold Break**. This method ensures a gentler thermal treatment, which helps preserve the product's quality while making it suitable for the subsequent separation process.
