Machines and equipment of the tomato paste production line

After receiving and washing, the Secondary Receiving Machine is used for removing dirt, layers, stones, and sand during the primary receiving stage for a further washing process. This machine is capable of removing and separating a large volume of waste from the incoming cargo. The cargo batches unloaded in the primary receiving stage are then transferred to the secondary receiving machine, where the final washing of the products takes place. In the basket unloading design, the height is higher than the primary receiving stage, which allows for directing the products towards the sorting machines. In the bulk unloading design, water nozzles are used, and the products are transferred to the sorting machines via two elevators from below ground level. All parts of the body and chassis of this machine are made of stainless steel, and the washing tank is equipped with aeration pipes and side panel blowers. The machine’s unloading system is fitted with pneumatic valves and cylinders to control the volume of the product being washed and to regulate the flow of the output product. The machine’s exit channels are equipped with dedicated chutes for unloading the product.
