The Tehran Kitchen 242 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station designed for villas, gardens, rooftop terraces, gazebos, patios and other outdoor cooking environments. Combining a high-capacity gas grill, charcoal cooking capability, side burner, stainless-steel sink, integrated work and preparation areas, and a dedicated 60 cm refrigerator compartment, this BBQ island provides a practical and organized solution for outdoor food preparation and cooking.

The main cooking section features a 100 cm gas grill equipped with 16 stainless-steel burners, providing a generous 45 cm deep cooking area and the capacity to prepare approximately 20 to 25 chicken kebab skewers simultaneously. The burners are manufactured from stainless steel with a thickness of approximately 1 mm, providing a durable cooking system suitable for frequent outdoor use.

The gas grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer. Ceramic thermal insulation within the lid helps retain heat and provides improved temperature stability during cooking. The lid also allows the cooking chamber to be covered when the grill is not in use and helps maintain more controlled cooking conditions.

In addition to gas cooking, the BBQ island is designed to support charcoal grilling, allowing users to prepare food using traditional charcoal heat. This dual-fuel configuration provides greater flexibility and allows the cooking method to be selected according to the type of food and preferred cooking style.

A dedicated side cooking burner is integrated into the unit for preparing sauces, soups, hot beverages, side dishes and other foods requiring a separate cooking surface. The side burner is fitted with a flat stainless-steel cover, which can be used as an additional work surface when the burner is not operating.

The BBQ island also incorporates a single-bowl stainless-steel sink with a standard water faucet, providing a convenient area for washing ingredients, utensils and hands during outdoor cooking. The sink helps reduce the need to move between the outdoor cooking area and the main indoor kitchen.

A dedicated 60 cm refrigerator compartment is incorporated into the cabinet structure for the installation of a showcase refrigerator. This compartment can be used to accommodate a refrigerator for storing beverages, meat, vegetables, sauces and other ingredients close to the cooking area. The refrigerator itself is not included with the BBQ unit.

The cooking station includes practical accessories and components such as 16 cast-iron V-shaped grill channels, a burner cover, an enamelled wire shelf and a grease drip tray. The drip tray helps collect cooking grease and residue, making routine cleaning and maintenance easier.

The upper cooking structure is manufactured from stainless steel, while the cabinet is also constructed from stainless steel and finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels. The Thermowood panels are produced under Finnish licensing standards and provide a warm architectural appearance that complements garden, terrace and outdoor kitchen environments.

The unit is supported by stainless-steel legs and is designed as a freestanding outdoor BBQ island. An optional side table can be added if additional preparation space is required.
