The Tehran Kitchen 110 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Fryer is a compact multifunctional outdoor cooking station combining a gas grill, side burner and integrated fryer. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for outdoor residential spaces where multiple cooking functions are required within a limited area.

The main cooking section features a 60 cm gas grill with 9 stainless-steel burners, each approximately 1 mm thick, providing a 45 cm deep cooking area with a capacity of approximately 10-12 chicken kebab skewers.

The grill is fitted with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation, providing temperature monitoring and improved heat retention during cooking.

The unit supports both gas and charcoal cooking, allowing the grill to be configured for traditional charcoal preparation when required.

A dedicated side burner provides an additional cooking surface for preparing sauces, soups and other dishes. An integrated fryer with a frying container and basket is also included for preparing fried foods.

The upper structure and cabinet are manufactured from stainless steel, while three sides of the cabinet are finished with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels. The combination is designed for outdoor use and provides a durable structure with a natural wood finish.

A grease drip tray collects cooking residue beneath the grill and facilitates cleaning. The unit is mounted on four swivel casters, including two front locking casters, allowing it to be moved and secured during installation.

The BBQ island is supplied with 7 cast-iron grill channels, burner cover, fryer container and basket, and an enamelled wire shelf. An optional side table can be added when additional preparation space is required.

This model provides a compact solution for grilling, side cooking and frying while retaining the flexibility of both gas and charcoal cooking.
