Tehran Kitchen 110 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Side Burner

The Tehran Kitchen 110 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Side Burner is a compact outdoor cooking station designed for grilling and additional cooking in gardens, terraces, rooftop areas and other outdoor spaces. It combines a professional gas grill with a dedicated side burner in a single stainless-steel structure.

The main cooking section features a 70 cm gas grill equipped with 10 stainless-steel burners, each with a thickness of approximately 1 mm. The 45 cm deep cooking area provides sufficient capacity for approximately 13-15 chicken kebab skewers, making the unit suitable for everyday outdoor cooking as well as small and medium-sized gatherings.

The grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer. Ceramic thermal insulation inside the lid helps retain heat, while the thermometer allows the cooking temperature to be monitored without opening the lid.

The BBQ supports both gas and charcoal cooking. A dedicated charcoal box can be used when traditional charcoal grilling and a smoky cooking flavour are preferred.

A separate side burner provides an additional cooking surface for preparing sauces, soups, side dishes and other foods while the main grill is in use. The burner is supplied with a stainless-steel cover that can also serve as an additional work surface when the burner is not being used.

The upper structure is manufactured from stainless steel, while the cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels produced under Finnish license. This combination provides a durable outdoor structure while giving the BBQ a modern architectural appearance.

A deep grease drip tray is positioned beneath the grill to collect grease and cooking residue and make cleaning easier. The unit is supported by four swivel casters, with two front casters equipped with brakes for easier movement and stable positioning during use.

The BBQ is supplied with 10 cast-iron grill channels, a burner cover and an enamelled wire shelf. An optional side table can also be added when additional food-preparation space is required.
