The Tehran Kitchen 160 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Fryer is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station combining a high-capacity gas grill, side burner and integrated fryer in a single structure. It is designed for outdoor residential applications including gardens, terraces, rooftop areas and patios.

The main cooking section features a 100 cm gas grill with 16 stainless-steel burners, each approximately 1 mm thick, providing a 45 cm deep cooking area with a capacity of approximately 20-25 chicken kebab skewers.

A double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation is fitted above the grill, allowing the internal temperature to be monitored while improving heat retention during cooking.

The unit supports both gas and charcoal cooking, allowing the cooking method to be selected according to the type of food and preferred preparation style.

A dedicated side burner provides an additional cooking surface for preparing sauces, soups, rice and other foods. An integrated stainless-steel fryer with a frying container and basket is positioned alongside the burner. Both sections have flat stainless-steel covers that can be used as additional work surfaces when they are not in operation.

The upper structure and cabinet are manufactured from stainless steel, with three sides of the cabinet finished in 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels. Stainless-steel legs provide the supporting structure, while an optional side table can be added for additional preparation space.

A deep grease drip tray is installed beneath the cooking area to collect grease and cooking residue and facilitate cleaning.

The unit is supplied with 16 cast-iron grill channels, burner cover, fryer container and basket, and an enamelled wire shelf.

This configuration is designed for users requiring a large-capacity outdoor grill together with separate cooking and frying facilities, without an integrated sink or refrigerator.
