Tehran Kitchen 190 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Fryer

The Tehran Kitchen 190 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Fryer is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station designed for gardens, rooftop terraces, villas, patios and other outdoor environments. It combines grilling, frying, side cooking and food washing facilities within a compact 190 cm structure.

The main cooking section features a 70 cm gas grill with 10 stainless-steel burners, each approximately 1 mm thick, providing a 45 cm deep cooking area suitable for approximately 12-15 chicken kebab skewers. The gas system is controlled through two standard gas valves, allowing the cooking area to be operated in sections when required.

The grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation. The lid helps retain heat and allows the internal cooking temperature to be monitored during operation.

The unit supports both gas and charcoal cooking and can be configured for traditional charcoal grilling when required. A separate side burner provides an additional cooking surface for preparing sauces, soups, rice and other dishes.

An integrated stainless-steel fryer is included with a dedicated frying container and basket, providing a separate area for preparing fried foods such as potatoes, vegetables and other side dishes.

A single-bowl stainless-steel sink with a 1 mm thick basin and water faucet is incorporated into the unit for washing ingredients, utensils and hands during food preparation.

The upper cooking structure is manufactured from stainless steel, while the cabinet is also constructed from stainless steel and finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels. The combination provides a durable outdoor structure with a natural wood exterior.

The BBQ island is supported by four stainless-steel legs with 4 . 4 cm profiles, providing structural stability and adjustable height for different installation surfaces. A 2.5 cm deep stainless-steel grease drip tray collects cooking residue beneath the grill and facilitates cleaning.

The unit is supplied with 10 cast-iron grill channels, burner cover, enamelled wire shelf, fryer container and basket, and water faucet. An optional side table can be added when additional preparation space is required.

This configuration provides a compact outdoor cooking station with dedicated facilities for grilling, charcoal cooking, frying, side cooking and food preparation.
