Tehran Kitchen 242 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ with Cabinet, Stainless-Steel Top, Thermowood Panels, Side Burner & Fryer

The Tehran Kitchen 242 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ is a large professional outdoor cooking station designed for villas, gardens, rooftop gardens, terraces and spacious outdoor areas. It combines a gas and charcoal BBQ, side cooking burner, professional fryer, sink and dedicated worktop in one integrated unit.

The BBQ features a 70 cm effective cooking area with 10 stainless-steel burners, providing capacity for approximately 12-15 chicken kebab skewers. The burners are made from stainless steel with a 1 mm thickness, while the cooking area has a 45 cm depth. Two gas controls allow the cooking heat to be adjusted by operating all burners or only selected burners.

A side cooking burner is included for preparing sauces, side dishes and other foods. The burner cover can also provide additional working space when closed.

The integrated professional fryer includes a fryer basket and fryer basin, allowing foods such as French fries and other fried dishes to be prepared alongside grilled food.

The BBQ supports both gas and charcoal cooking and can be converted to charcoal operation using the appropriate charcoal setup. A double-wall stainless-steel lid with built-in thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation helps retain heat and provides better temperature control and more even cooking.

The unit also includes a stainless-steel sink with water faucet, designed for convenient outdoor food preparation and cleaning. The sink can be connected to hot and cold water.

The main worktop is constructed as a single reinforced piece, with structural framing underneath for increased rigidity and long-term durability. The stainless-steel sheet has a 1 mm thickness, with a sink/work area measuring approximately 50 . 43 cm and a useful depth of approximately 20 cm.

The BBQ includes a 50 cm worktable reinforced with PVC, providing additional preparation space for trays, ingredients and cooking equipment.

The cabinet is made from stainless steel, with three protected sides finished with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels produced under Finnish license. The combination of stainless steel and Thermowood provides a premium appearance while making the unit suitable for outdoor environments.

The unit is supported by a stainless-steel base rather than casters.
