The Tehran Kitchen 242 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Fryer is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station designed for villas, gardens, rooftop terraces, gazebos, patios and outdoor kitchens. The unit combines a gas grill, charcoal cooking capability, side burner, integrated fryer, stainless-steel sink and dedicated preparation space in a single practical structure.

The main cooking section features a 70 cm gas grill equipped with 10 stainless-steel burners, providing a 45 cm deep cooking area with a capacity of approximately 12 to 15 chicken kebab skewers at the same time. The stainless-steel burners have a thickness of approximately 1 mm and are designed for efficient and consistent outdoor cooking.

The grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer. Ceramic thermal insulation helps retain heat inside the cooking chamber and provides improved temperature control for grilling foods such as kebabs, steaks, burgers, chicken and vegetables.

The BBQ island supports both gas and charcoal cooking. A dedicated charcoal box allows the gas grill section to be converted for traditional charcoal cooking, giving users the flexibility to choose between convenient gas cooking and the distinctive flavor of charcoal grilling.

A side cooking burner is included for preparing sauces, soups, hot beverages and other foods requiring a separate cooking surface. The side burner is fitted with a flat stainless-steel cover that can also function as additional preparation space when the burner is not in use.

The unit also incorporates an integrated fryer with a dedicated fryer basket and frying container. The fryer provides a convenient solution for preparing fried foods alongside grilled and cooked dishes without requiring a separate appliance.

A single-bowl stainless-steel sink with a water faucet is integrated into the cooking station, providing a convenient area for washing ingredients, utensils and hands during outdoor food preparation. This helps reduce unnecessary movement between the outdoor cooking area and the main indoor kitchen.

The cabinet structure includes a dedicated refrigerator compartment suitable for installing a 5 ft showcase refrigerator. The compartment can be used for storing beverages, ingredients, sauces and other food items close to the cooking area. The refrigerator itself is not included with the BBQ unit.

The upper body and cabinet are manufactured from stainless steel, while the exterior of the cabinet is finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels. The combination of stainless steel and Thermowood provides a durable structure together with a modern architectural appearance suitable for outdoor residential and hospitality environments.

The BBQ island is supported by stainless-steel legs and includes adjustable support for installation on different outdoor surfaces. An optional side table can also be added when additional preparation space is required.

The unit is supplied with practical accessories including 10 cast-iron grill channels, a burner cover, an enamelled wire shelf, a fryer basket and fryer container, and a water faucet. A grease drip tray is also incorporated to collect cooking residue and simplify routine cleaning.
