Tehran Kitchen 370 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Stainless Steel

The Tehran Kitchen 370 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ is a fully equipped outdoor cooking station combining separate gas and charcoal BBQ units with a cooking burner, deep fryer, stainless steel sink and worktop.

The upper section is made of stainless steel, while the cabinets are constructed from sheet steel with a black electrostatic oven-baked coating. The cabinet doors feature stainless steel panels, and the unit is supported by iron legs.

The gas BBQ features a 100 cm cooking area with 16 stainless steel burners and a 45 cm cooking depth. It is equipped with a double-wall stainless steel lid, integrated thermometer and heat insulation for improved heat retention and temperature control.

The separate 100 cm charcoal BBQ features a double-wall stainless steel lid with thermometer, a perforated reinforced frame connected to a blower fan, and a 1 cm cast-iron base. A separate flat lid is provided for extinguishing the charcoal after cooking.
The unit also includes a cooking burner and deep fryer with fryer basket and bowl. Additional accessories include 16 cast-iron burner grates, burner cover, enamelled wire cooking rack, drip tray, ash tray and water faucet.

A single-bowl stainless steel sink is integrated into the unit, providing a convenient washing and food preparation area. An optional side square-angle worktable can also be added.

The BBQ is suitable for preparing kebabs, steaks, burgers, vegetables and other grilled foods. It is designed for outdoor applications such as gardens, villas and rooftop gardens.

The stainless steel components can be specified as 304 non-magnetic stainless steel or 430 magnetic stainless steel, depending on the selected configuration.
