The Tehran Kitchen 370 cm Full-Option Island BBQ is a premium professional outdoor cooking station designed for villas, rooftop gardens, large terraces, gardens, restaurants and other spacious outdoor areas. It combines gas grilling, charcoal grilling, a side cooking burner, integrated fryer, stainless-steel sink and spacious work surfaces into one complete outdoor kitchen, providing everything needed for food preparation, cooking, frying, grilling and cleaning in a single integrated unit.

The BBQ features a 100 cm gas grilling section with 16 stainless-steel burners, providing capacity for approximately 20-25 chicken kebab skewers. The burners are made from stainless steel with a 1 mm thickness, while the cooking area has a 45 cm depth. The gas grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with a built-in thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation, helping retain heat, improve temperature control and provide more even cooking.

In addition to the gas grill, the unit includes a separate 100 cm charcoal grilling section for traditional charcoal cooking. The charcoal section features a reinforced 4 . 10 cm perforated frame, a powerful built-in blower fan connected underneath to accelerate charcoal ignition, and a 1 cm thick cast-iron base designed to withstand high temperatures and reduce the risk of deformation. A separate flat stainless-steel lid is also provided for covering and extinguishing the charcoal after cooking.

A dedicated side cooking burner and an integrated fryer are included for preparing sauces, soups, side dishes and fried foods. Both sections are equipped with flat covers that can also function as additional work surfaces when they are not in use.

The unit includes a stainless-steel single-bowl sink with a high-quality water faucet, making food preparation and cleaning considerably more convenient in an outdoor environment. A reinforced worktop provides additional space for placing trays, ingredients and cooking equipment, while a drip tray collects grease and cooking residue and a dedicated ash collection tray makes cleaning the charcoal section easier.

The upper body and cooking structure are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, while the cabinet is also constructed from stainless steel and finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels produced under Finnish license. The combination of stainless steel and Thermowood provides durability, resistance to outdoor conditions and a premium modern appearance.

The BBQ is designed as a two-piece modular structure for easier transportation and on-site assembly. It is supported by adjustable stainless-steel legs, allowing the unit to be levelled according to the installation surface. An additional side worktable can also be installed if required.
