The Tehran Kitchen 62 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ is a compact and practical gas barbecue designed primarily for home, apartment, balcony and garden use. Its space-efficient design makes it suitable for users who need a dedicated kebab grill without the additional cooking equipment found on larger multifunctional models.

The BBQ features a 60 cm gas grilling area with 9 burners, providing capacity for approximately 10-12 chicken kebab skewers. According to the product specifications, the grill can prepare this quantity of kebabs in approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on cooking conditions and preparation.

The unit operates primarily as a gas barbecue, while it can also be configured for charcoal cooking. An optional 9 cm deep perforated charcoal box can be positioned over the gas burners, allowing the barbecue to be used for traditional charcoal grilling.

A large semi-circular rounded lid made from enamelled oil-sheet steel covers the grilling section. The lid helps protect the grill from dust and external contamination when not in use and helps retain heat during cooking.

Gas & Safety Considerations

After cooking, the cast-iron components should be allowed to cool before washing. Cold water should not be applied to hot cast-iron parts, as sudden temperature changes may cause deformation or damage.
