The Tehran Kitchen 75 cm Charcoal BBQ Island with Blower Fan is a professional charcoal outdoor cooking station designed for traditional charcoal grilling in gardens, rooftop areas, terraces and other outdoor environments. The unit combines a reinforced charcoal cooking chamber, built-in blower fan, ash collection system, storage cabinet and stainless-steel work surface in a single structure.

The 75 cm charcoal cooking section is designed to accommodate approximately 13-15 chicken kebab skewers. Its base is manufactured from 10 mm thick cast iron, providing a highly durable cooking foundation designed to withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures while reducing the risk of deformation and corrosion.

The charcoal chamber is reinforced around its perimeter with a 10 . 4 cm perforated steel profile with a 3 mm wall thickness. This heavy-duty frame provides additional structural strength around the high-temperature charcoal area.

A powerful built-in blower fan is installed inside the cabinet. The fan directs air through the perforated frame beneath the charcoal chamber, helping accelerate charcoal ignition and increase airflow during cooking. This system provides greater control over the charcoal-burning process compared with a conventional passive charcoal grill.

A dedicated ash collection tray is positioned beneath the cast-iron charcoal base. Ash and charcoal residue fall into the tray, which can be removed for easier cleaning and maintenance.

The BBQ is equipped with a flat stainless-steel lid that can be used as a work surface when the grill is not in operation. A separate flat lid is also provided for covering the charcoal chamber and extinguishing the charcoal after cooking.
