Tehran Kitchen 75 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Side Burner

The Tehran Kitchen 75 cm Gas & Charcoal BBQ Island with Side Burner is a compact outdoor cooking station designed for spaces where a full-size BBQ is not practical. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for balconies, terraces, small gardens, patios and other outdoor areas with limited available space.

The main cooking section features a 50 cm gas grill with 7 stainless-steel burners, each approximately 1 mm thick. The 45 cm deep cooking area provides capacity for approximately 8-10 chicken kebab skewers, making it suitable for everyday outdoor grilling and smaller gatherings.

The grill is equipped with a double-wall stainless-steel lid with an integrated thermometer and ceramic thermal insulation. This construction helps retain heat and allows the cooking temperature to be monitored while the lid remains closed.

The BBQ supports both gas and charcoal cooking, allowing users to switch between convenient gas grilling and traditional charcoal cooking according to their preferred cooking method.

A dedicated side burner provides an additional cooking surface for preparing sauces, side dishes, vegetables and other foods while the main grill is operating. The burner is fitted with a flat stainless-steel cover that can also provide additional work space when closed.

The upper structure is manufactured from stainless steel, while the cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and finished on three sides with 19 mm waterproof Thermowood panels produced under Finnish license. The cabinet provides additional storage space beneath the cooking area while maintaining a compact overall footprint.

A stainless-steel grease drip tray collects grease and cooking residue from the grilling area, helping simplify cleaning and maintenance. An enamelled wire shelf is also included for additional grilling and indirect-cooking applications.

The BBQ is equipped with four swivel gel casters, including two front locking casters, allowing the unit to be moved easily and secured in position during cooking.

An optional side table can be added when additional preparation space is required.

The unit is supplied with 7 cast-iron grill channels, burner cover and enamelled wire shelf.
