Pasteurizer Machine The pasteurizer machine subjects the product to a thermal process before being filled into the desired container (can or jar), raising its temperature to 90(Celsius). Under these thermal conditions, the initial pasteurization of the product is carried out before filling the can or jar. Additionally, the product passes through the pasteurizer while still hot, and is then filled into cans or jars and sealed. This process ensures that the packaged product is ready for the final cooking and further pasteurization in the cooking tunnel. The design of the machine includes multiple heat exchange sections between superheated steam and the product. The technical operation of the pasteurizer is continuous, with its valves and equipment functioning automatically and being under controlled settings.
