Pasteurization Tunnel The cooking tunnel (pasteurization tunnel) is one of the key machines in the tomato paste packaging line, where the final pasteurization process of the packaged product takes place. This machine is used in the production lines of food canning factories, including those producing tomato paste, ketchup, various canned fruits, acidic canned products, soft drinks, fruit juices, pickles, and more. From a process perspective, the design of the pasteurization tunnel consists of three sections: the hot water section, the lukewarm water section, and the cold water section. As the canned goods pass through the pasteurization tunnel, the final cooking and hygienic pasteurization process occur simultaneously, ensuring that the canned product is prepared for final packaging.
