Initial Cooking Autoclave Machine This machine is specifically designed for the initial cooking (pre-cooking) process of fish. Fish trays, arranged in containers, are loaded into the autoclave machine. The fish are then cooked by the injection of hot steam within the sealed autoclave, preparing them for further cleaning and filleting. The initial cooking process ensures the fish are properly prepped for the next steps in the production line.
