Featuring a 5-zone suspension system, 810 carbon-fiber springs, HR foam, HD foam, and cold foam, the ZEST Cloud provides a supportive yet comfortable sleeping experience.

At the core of the mattress is a durable carbon-fiber spring system with 810 springs. Carbon fiber provides a strong yet lightweight spring structure, while the increased spring density contributes to improved support and durability. The springs are integrated using the DHT (Distributed/Network Spring) system, which connects the spring structure into a network to minimize excessive spring movement and reduce the transfer of motion across the mattress.

Networked foam is incorporated within the spring structure to help limit unwanted spring movement and maintain the stability of the mattress. This construction also helps protect the overall structure in the event of spring damage, contributing to the mattress's long-term durability.

The ZEST Cloud uses HR foam within the spring system, with approximately 4 cm of HR foam distributed across both sides. A thermobond layer further contributes to weight distribution by transferring pressure from heavier areas of the body toward the mattress structure, helping reduce excessive stress on the spring system.

The mattress edges are reinforced with HD (High-Density) foam, which provides additional structural stability and helps prevent the sides from deforming or sagging during long-term use.

For enhanced comfort, the mattress incorporates multiple foam layers above the spring system, including a dedicated 5 cm cold foam comfort layer. The cold foam is designed to respond to the body's contours, particularly around the lower back and other curved areas, helping provide a comfortable and supportive sleeping surface.

The ZEST Cloud also features a dual-sided design, allowing the mattress to be used on both sides. One side provides a softer sleeping feel, approximately 30–40% softer than the other side, giving users the flexibility to select the comfort level that best suits their preference.
