The Brass & Polymer Gate Valve (GTV-Series) is a fully sealed isolation valve designed for cold water, hot water, air systems, and environments containing gypsum or sediment. This valve is compatible with metal pipes, polyethylene pipes, and multilayer piping systems. The operating pressure and temperature performance allow usage up to two bar and two degrees Celsius. The forging production method significantly reduces the molecular distance in the brass structure, increasing the mechanical strength and enhancing pressure tolerance. This is why hot forging is used to ensure maximum durability and resistance to deformation. The polymer-coated brass version is manufactured using polypropylene material, offering high corrosion resistance and reduced installation costs. It features a sliding stem mechanism, an integrated leak-proof body, and sealing components compliant with BS EN six-hundred-eighty-one standards. It is suitable for PE, PP, and PEX pipes and fittings and is available in half-inch sizes.
