مشخصات کلیدی
Tecar 560G is a Tecartherapy device manufactured by Novin Company, designed and presented in the Grand product series. The maximum output power of this device is 120 V-A and has three modes: Sweep, Pulse and Continuous. The RF current frequency in continuous and intermittent modes can be adjusted to 350, 448, 680, 900 and 1100 kHz.
560G has 33 treatment programs, each of which has additional explanations, as well as images of the treatment area. The use of a 10-inch color touch screen, as well as the optimal design of the user interface, has provided ease of use and maximum user satisfaction.
About the modality
Transfer Energy Capacitive and Resistive (TECAR) is a new and advanced treatment method in physiotherapy that has recently been introduced in the fields of sports medicine and musculoskeletal problems. This treatment modality has achieved great success in the field of physiotherapy by eliminating bone, joint, soft tissue and other diseases in a non-invasive manner. In general, TECAR is a thermotherapy method that is used to generate deep heat within the tissue. In this way, an alternating current in the RF frequency range is applied to the skin surface by two electrodes. This device creates deep heat and treats spasms, reduces pain and repairs damaged tissues. This heat also increases the blood supply and, as a result, oxygen and nutrients to the tissue, which ultimately increases cell metabolism, accelerates the tissue healing process and relieves pain.

Therapeutic applications
The Tekar device transfers energy to the body's tissues by producing radiofrequency waves. The cells that make up the tissue contain negative and positive ions. When a DC current is applied to the cell, the negative ions move towards the positive pole and the positive ions towards the negative pole and remain there until the end of the stimulation. However, if the polarity of the current is changed intermittently at a high frequency in the RF range, the ions move back and forth between the electrodes at high speed, which is called ionic turbulence. The kinetic energy from this rapid ionic movement will generate heat in the tissue, as a result of which the heat generated in the tissue will immediately reduce pain; therefore, blood circulation will increase as the blood vessels dilate; contractions will decrease and the absorption power of the lymphatic system will increase.
Some of the most common applications of Tecar Therapy include:
Tendonitis
Peripheral nerve damage
Bursitis
Arthritis
Spondylosis
Spasm and other muscle injuries
Product Benefits
Has a non-thermal effect at low powers to treat pathologies sensitive to high temperatures.
The high-resolution graphic display and the use of capacitive touch technology provide ease of use.
Has a pulse mode with the ability to adjust the on and off time of the radiofrequency current in order to control the temperature of the treated tissue.
For ease of use, the Grand series offers the ability to update the device's software via the USB port as well as Wi-Fi connection.
