مشخصات کلیدی
The industrial butterfly valve is a high-performance polymeric valve that uses a rotating disc to start, stop, or regulate flow. Thanks to specially selected materials for the disc, seat (liner), shaft, and seals, it offers outstanding resistance to corrosive, acidic, and aggressive chemicals – making it the ideal alternative to metal valves in harsh environments.
Vispar industrial butterfly valves are available in two main categories:
Concentric (Zero Offset) – Standard, cost-effective design
Double Offset (High-Performance) – Superior sealing and longer service life
Double Offset (High-Performance) Industrial Butterfly Valve
The double-offset design dramatically reduces seat wear and operating torque while providing bubble-tight shut-off even after thousands of cycles.
Key advantages of double offset
First offset: Shaft is located slightly behind the disc centerline → minimal seat contact during travel
Second offset: Shaft is offset from the pipe centerline → cam-like action further reduces friction
Result: Near-zero wear, lower torque, longer life, and true zero-leakage performance
Technical Specifications – Vispar Double Offset Butterfly Valve
Working pressure: 10 bar
Sizes: 3″ and 4″
Significantly lower operating torque
Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance
Full UV protection (Anti-UV)
Suitable for aggressive media and outdoor installation
Concentric (Zero Offset) Industrial Butterfly Valve
The most widely used industrial butterfly valve type with the disc centered in the pipe bore. Perfect for water, wastewater, swimming pools, chemical lines, desalination, oil & gas, and petrochemical applications.
