This type of flow meter is widely used across all industries due to its simple structure, negligible pressure loss, high measurement accuracy, bidirectional flow measurement capability, easy installation, wide measuring range, and cost-effectiveness compared to other flow measurement methods. The operating principle of an electromagnetic flow meter is based on Faraday’s law. According to this law, when a conductive body passes through a magnetic field, an induced voltage is generated within it. The magnitude of this voltage depends on the strength of the magnetic field, the angle of the fluid flow, and the velocity of the moving conductor.
