The TD-100 modem is a telecommunication modem with 2G/4G connectivity and equipped with an RS485 electrical port, enabling data transmission between Ethernet interfaces and RS485-based devices. The modem uses the DLMS protocol for configuring required operational parameters. The operating principle of the modem is such that commands sent from the central management software are received and transparently forwarded without any modification- to the connected device. Likewise, the data received from the connected device is transmitted back to the software. All communication interactions between the modem and the central management software, including the sending and receiving of commands and data as well as modem and telecommunication infrastructure configurations, are performed in accordance with the DLMS/COSEM standard. The TD-100 modem supports both local and remote configuration. This product can also be used for reading legacy digital meters. The data reading of these meters is carried out through the Madam system of Sanjesh Afzar Asia Company.
