MCI Modified Copolymeric Isolator

MCI Waterproofing is a two-component waterproofing that, according to the research report of the publication number G-452 of the Building and Housing Research Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, is used as a cold-applied fluid membrane based on polymer cement and acrylic styrene dispersions with high flexibility and elasticity, for waterproofing all concrete and non-concrete surfaces. This product is applied as a semi-solid on surfaces and after drying forms a flexible layer, 100% waterproof, with very high adhesion (about 2 MPa). In the classification of waterproofing materials in the world, due to the fact that the application of this product is similar to the application of paint coatings, this product is referred to as a polymer cement-based waterproofing paint. According to studies, polymer-based waterproofing coatings have better flexibility and elasticity, longer life, and higher heat resistance compared to bitumen-based systems such as Isogam and bitumen.
