DHP Copper & Steel Tubular Water-Cooled Panel for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)

The Tubular Water-Cooled Panel is designed for efficient heat dissipation in Electric Arc Furnaces and other high-temperature metallurgical systems. Constructed from DHP copper tubes (8,12 mm thick) and carbon steel, these panels combine high thermal conductivity with mechanical durability. All welding is carried out using 100% helium gas and premium European filler materials, ensuring maximum joint quality, minimal leakage, and long operational life. The unique welding and heat-treatment process, developed by Polad Tajhiz Irsa, enhances service durability and reduces the need for unplanned maintenance or repair shutdowns.
