Forged 99.97% Copper Water-Cooled Cooling Block for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)

The Forged Copper Cooling Block is engineered to protect refractory linings in Electric Arc Furnaces, particularly near the slag door and high-temperature zones. Manufactured from 99.97% pure electrolytic copper, this block is fully forged and machined to ensure superior thermal conductivity, strength, and durability. It features integrated water-cooling channels for efficient heat dissipation, preventing refractory cracking, erosion, and unlocking. Additionally, a high-pressure air inlet system is provided to discharge water quickly in case of leakage, enhancing safety and furnace reliability. Each block can be custom-designed according to furnace position and client specifications.
