High-Performance Industrial Centrifugal Ventilation Blower

Centrifugal fans, also known as radial fans, draw air into the system at a high speed and generate air pressure in a radial direction. In this type of fan, the airflow enters in the same direction as the shaft axis, but the centrifugal force changes the direction of the air by 90 degrees. The housing of these fans is usually designed in a spiral (scroll) shape to allow greater air intake into the fan. Initially, the airflow enters the device vertically, then moves from the impeller toward the blades, increasing the kinetic energy of the vanes. With the pressure generated in this section, the high-pressure air is discharged tangentially from the fan outlet along the direction of the impeller rotation. This process reduces the pressure at the impeller edges and creates a vacuum in that area. As a result, the pressure difference between the impeller center and its edges causes air to be drawn from the center toward the edges. This cycle repeats continuously, allowing the fan to keep drawing air inward and forcing it outward through the blades with the generated pressure.
